* The presenting author (paper or PWP) need to register before 14 February 2025, to include its paper in the Proceedings.
Fees include:
- Admission to the conferences
- Admission to the exhibition
- All documentation including an abstracts book and the collection of full refereed papers
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Opening drinks reception
- Social event: Gala dinner
