* The presenting author (paper or PWP) need to register before 18 February 2025, to include its paper in the Proceedings.
** "Additional ticket for social event" fees is reserved for spouses or companions and only includes the welcome drinks reception and gala dinner. It does not include access to conference, exhibition, coffee breaks or lunches.
Fees include:
- Admission to the conferences
- Admission to the exhibition
- All documentation including an abstracts book and the collection of full refereed papers
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Opening drinks reception
- Social event: Gala dinner

Registration is open, it is handled by our partner 'Oxford Abstracts'. You will be redirected to their dedicated website.
Payment by Bank Transfer or Credit Card (by Stripe service).
